I take 2 tablets ( along with cats claw capsules and vitamins) 3x a day and have more relief than i was getting from the ibuprofen.

I have been using this brand as a treatment for inflammation and pain from severe rheumatoid arthritis (ra factor over 300).
Also the ibuprofen has been giving me sharp acid-like pains and i was fearing an ulcer from the last 5 years of heavy usage.
Works good, sometimes i had to crank up the dosage, tale with food or you might get a sore throat or belly ache.
