Though less hair than when he was young, grandpa now has 100 or 1000 times more pate hair and it is black again. Needless to say, my teeth are much better.
Cons
It contains sorbitol which is a fake sugar that is used as a laxative in some cases. It's too bad tho because everything else in it looks good.

The bottle i received reads 1 tablet contains 500 iu vitamin d3 as cholecalciferol 200 mg calcium amino acid chelate and 100 mg magnesium amino acid chelate
