Pros & Cons
Pros
Coenzyme-form vitamin b complex is a good sublingual supplement. The body absorbs more of supplements and medications sublingually.
The orange flavor is definitely better tasting than the mint. It is easy to rinse/brush away.
Sublingual co enzyme formula really makes a difference for me! And it is sub-lingual which isn't always easy to find. Place tablet under the tongue and allow to dissolve slowly.
When vitamins are absorbed through the skin, they go straight into the bloodstream, bypassing the gastrointestinal tract and the liver. This is not only true for b vitamins but for every nutrient we ingest--the liver converts everything it receives in... Read More
Cons
Does not contains active folate. Contains inactive form (folic acid) they don't dissolve, they taste awful, they leave an aftertaste. I have yet to be able to keep a tablet under my tongue until it dissolves completely.
Tasted awful. It is unpalatable. In theory, the taste isn't horrible, but more 'bleh' not buying it again. Labeling is false and deceptive. Dont be fooled.
Highlights
Quality
Regarding methylation, folate, b6, methyl b12 for me this has had a definite positive impact on my energy levels and has cleared brain fog.
The flavor and size is just fine, exactly what i would expect from a quality sublingual.
I noticed immense mood changes (birth control and anxiety probably to blame), and just felt depressed.
They are big pills and take between 15 and 20 minutes to fully dissolve.
Price
An outstanding product at a very good price.
This is also a decent price for the big jar.
They're kind of pricey, but in my opinion, they are worth it.
Shipping
The first time the package arrived it was the wrong stuff but the seller quickly got the right stuff out for my family member a... Read More
Competitiveness
I've tried at least a dozen different brands of b supplements and this one is by far the best.
Glad that source naturals has offered this great tasting supplement, with folate (not folic acid).
If the taste is completely intolerable to you - just try out the "peppermint" kind, or try similar products from different brand.
None have come close to comparing to the results i get from this one.
