Pros

This supplement really, really helps. I am so thankful it works. This is still a great supplement, it is just no longer the right supplement for my current health needs.

One pill a day in early evening seems to result in fewer bathroom visits at night. One a day w/ x-lear nose spray. Took antibiotics for 7days. Within 3 days most symptoms were completely gone. Antibiotics and taking it reliably later, all stays well.

My favorite brand of cranberry capsules is best naturals. Most websites recommend 2 grams every 2-3 hours for active uti, which they say is one teaspoon of powder or one capsule.

D-mannose helps prevent urinary tract infections. Contains sugar, dibasic calcium phosphate and magnesium stearate. Love having d-mannose in a pill form.

Cons

It was horrible for me. If i stop using it, it causes for my bladder to have problems too. It is bitter so you will have to be ok with that.
