These are a must have if you're over 50 and/or going through menopause. My spouse and i use this for excess estrogen. Helps with my monthly cycle and helped him lose the excess fat on his chest that had never seen to go away before!

I have nothing agains the product but be aware as one may have the side effects and do not know what is causing it.
