Overall im satisfied with the product although as this is a nutritional supplement with minimal fda regulation i have only the manufacturers claims to go on regarding the actual amount of egcg contained in each tablet

As mentioned by other reviewers the taste and texture of the tablets is unpleasant but by placing on the back of the tongue and taking with plenty of water its not so bad
