Pros

I have reordered this several times and have tried many other brands. Will defiantly buy again. Since i use it everyday, i wish it was cheaper.

I was diagnosed with gastritis last year via an upper endoscopy. After taking mastic gum and gastric soothe the pain was gone. I also take chewable dgl and drink peppermint tea.

The only drawback is that you have to take 2 capsules twice a day to receive the recommended medicinal dosage. Other medications i take irritate my stomach lining. I wish i could say this has gotten me off of my ppi's, but unfortunately i have been on... Read More

Cons

When the majority of your supps have it, you're getting way too much every day that can bind nutrient absorption & cause digestive health issues. I have gastritis issues and this did not help me at all.
