Pros

I have to say since ive been using the genistein soy complex i have been much more evened out when it comes to temperature. Good quality and all. It takes a few weeks to build up in your system so be patient.

Cons

This isoflavone brand is not a high potency formula. It's unfortunate that i will have to pay return shipping when this was not my mistake.
