Pros & Cons
Pros
The price is reasonable, and the quality seems good. It's been a game changer the last couple years. But it is extremely difficult to find.
Cons
Quit taking it and rash cleared up within a week. These supplements are cheap but ultimately ineffective.

The lozenges are pleasant tasting and dissolve pretty quickly.
The mthfr defect is not uncommon, and it's not a strict binary "good/horrible" sort of thing - depends on many variables.
It's been a game changer the last couple years and it's been tough not having it the last few months.
Price
Works great and is a terrific price too!

Better than the cheaper kinds formulated with cyanide or methyl alcohol.

I take this rather than other b12's because it's supposed to be the most widely assimilated.
