Pros

It has turmeric, quercetin, grapseed extract. All vitamins and minerals are in the right form, and it has the usual antioxidants. This is good vitamin because it is natural.

This is by far the best multivitamin i have tried. They have a good compilation of minerals as well as vitamins. The men multi is great too, but the pills are massive!

Amazon's price is fantastic, and the subscription is very convenient. Subscribe and save for a nice little discount. Very pleased.

Cons

The %dv for vitamin d shows 250% in the pic above but the bottle i got has half that at 125%. The 2nd clue to heed is that these shouldn't be taken without a meal/food.

2 tabs have 1000iu vit d, an amount which i started taking years ago that kept me from catching near as many viruses as i used to.

It also has a little bit of green tea extract (about 25mg egcg).

This vitamin at the store costs more than twice the price and it's one of the better ones on the market.
