A single tablet has approx 143mg of elemental magnesium. Each capsule has slightly over 71. These also contain gelatin which may or may not be vegetarian safe.

They are supposedly the same brand and should have been identical because i ordered these using the exact information she gave me. One being this magnesium malate.
