Mag malate is one of the more absorbable forms of magnesium.

Cons

Do not buy from this seller. Product defective. To trick consumers with a cheaper product (that costs nearly the same) is just plain dishonest.

This is a combination of magnesium and malic acid. I guess 625 must mean the total ingredients of the capsule, like including the gelatin or something.

Each capsule has slightly over 71. It take 3 enormous pressed, uncoated tablets to make one dose. While it makes an impressive claim of high potency, it's only through a serving of six capsules.
