Don't know if these are helping with general well being, but pleased with packaging and pill size.
Competitiveness
My wife uses this as it is the only folate supplement that she can take with her mthfr mutations.
It moderates an anxiety surge i often felt about 30-40 minutes after taking methylfolate.

Lets see here it goesi tell ya i get no respect i started writing reviews and getting helpful votes i saw my reviewer ranking was around 8000 wow this is cool i said i started getting excited you know about this whole writing reviews thing so i wrote more reviews and saw my reviewer ranking improve to around 7000 i got more excited because i thought my reviews must be helping people i kept writing reviews and then something amazing happened my reviewer ranking shot up to 5028 now i was so excited it reminded me of how excited my wife got on our honeymoon when i put my clothes back on alright i said i just dropped everything rolled up my sleeves and put all my time into my reviews now i said my reviewer ranking should be way up there i was so excited i checked my reviewer ranking and it said getalife no respect i yell ya
