Pros

Folinic acid is more easily absorbed than regular folic acid. I take a medication called methotrexate and it quickly depletes you’re body’s folic acid.

Methylfolate moderates an anxiety surge. Helps sharpen the brain up a bit. Decreases my anxiety to very manageable levels.

Cons

This product could have been adulterated after manufacture by a third party distributor. Call the manufacturer. It's not good for people, only manufacturing.

Folinic acid is much a preferred form of folate. A large percentage of the population are unable to break folic acid down. This does nothing to offset the folate deficiency that methotrexate will cause.
