Pros

One (3. Mg) dose of this melatonin is the only thing that helps me to fall asleep sometimes. I use only when i am having trouble with sleeping.

Easy and convenient, mildly flavored and easily absorbed under the tongue. Will definitely be purchasing again. The flavor and dissolvability is great.

Cons

Thick, chalky, gritty, taste awful and barely dissolve. The texture of the pill seems different as well.
