This supposedly has more melatonin but since taking it, my insomnia has returned. Not happy with this at all. No replacement option.

I took 5mg ones for years then decided to go time release at lower dose and i feel drowsy at 30 to 45 minutes and stay asleep longer

Look up some low dose studies on melatonin may change your mind too

Not really taking for sleep since i sleep well but i learned that after age 40 you lose the melatonin in your body
