This was the first melatonin product i've ever used but was very happy with the results i got each night.
I really do not know how warmth applies to this product.
Competitiveness
The isagenix sleep support has a better taste but is more expensive.
I am a chronic insomniac and this stuff actually gets me sleepy in about 20ish minutes after i take it.
