Mg sublingual is more effective than injections for b12 deficiency. I like this formulation and recommend it to people who take prilosec or nexium on a regular basis, as they are likely not getting enough b12 absorbed.

Methylcobalamin is the best source of supplemental vitamin b-12. I believe b-12 is generally underrated. This product is so good we can feel it working and ramping up our energy levels.

Have gone back to injectable b12. The label says 120 tablets, but when i opened the bottle, it only contained 30. Who knows if this is even a genuine source naturals product.
