Pros

Appears to help over past 6 yrs. Most of which function by increasing the brain's sensitivity to choline. My thinking is clearer and my digestion easier.

Cons

The problem is that it says it is a “soft gel’ capsule. Unfortunately, it’s too late to return the unused portion. Phosphatidylcholine is inefficient at crossing the blood-brain barrier which is where choline provides its benefits.

I have been using phosphatidyl choline for several years, easy to swallow.

Choline supplements helps maintain good blood lipids level.

First, let me just say that i've always loved "source natural" products, but unfortunately, this product isn't for me.

I did try to break the capsules & dilute it myself, but that's just plain nasty, (no matter what i tried to mix it with), lol.

Price

This is a great value for a very good product.

Regular choline is cheaper, so i will stick to that.

Shipping

Delivered as expected and my husband is happy with the product.

Competitiveness

It helps a lot with the balance if your emotions, better than prozac i guess.

These actually look the same and i swear they work better than the other brand.

I've taken this off and on, but started looking for a lower cost solution compared to another brand i was taking.
