I didnt observe any major noticeable immediate effects in the weeks that i was consistently taking the royal jelly capsules when i would take only 1 capsule per day as a precaution to make sure i didnt have any allergic reactions to the royal jelly

However when i bumped up to taking 2 capsules per day i noticed my libido improved as that has been an issue for me
