Pros

Positive thoughts helps dispel negativity and promotes a sense of calm and wellbeing. This supplement is my icing on the cake. Easing my depression and anxiety gave me the energy to do things.

One pill does the trick for me. I drink coffee every day (sometimes twice) and i haven't noticed the caffeine affecting the pills, like other reviewers have.

The formula is sufficient to address issues with depression and lack of motivation. Highly recommend to someone who prefers natural over a * and is willing to do some self work to combat anxiety.
