Pros

High homocysteine has a correlation with depression and i have no more depression. Use for regulating and hopefully lowering homocy steine levels. Better than lowering your cholesterol.

This is a good supliment which i would be paying $30. I highly recommend it to those who need this. Great product. Arrived on time.

Cons

Tablets quickly disintegrate into a powder in your hand, mouth, or in any container you put them in. They also are broken, flakey and crumbled in the bottle. I was nauseous all day after taking tmg.
