Pros

This is a supplement i always have on hand. The ingredient list is impressive. They seem to lessen the severity and/or duration of colds and perhaps my covid-19 symptoms.

These are not powdery or chalky so they’re really easy. They have a smooth coating which helps them get down. My husband has 3 small children in daycare who come home with sniffles all the time.

Cons

I wish i'd heeded what the other reviewers said. Otherwise, be wary.

I am no * with herbs. The malodorous pills are so potent that the smell will linger for a few minutes in what tiny area the bottle is sitting in after the bottle had been open.
