Pros

Great part of my health regime. Herbal resistance is amazing. Good luck and stay well.

Easy flavor to use. The flavor isn't terrible and if you just take the dropper and put the supplement under your tongue i'm sure that the ingredients in it won't hurt you. My boyfriend's family swears it has helped them stay healthy for years.

Cons

The vitamin was spoiled. It is disgusting! Immediately called and requested refund.
