Be aware, the information on amazon says 45mg caffeine but the product i received says:serving size 1 tabletmate leaf extract 600mg(yerba mate) (yielding 90mg caffeine)this really doesn't matter much to me since one tablet seems to be a comfortable dose of caffeine with no downsides such as crashing.  Read Less
