We have been using our teavana tea maker for a few weeks now.
My tea maker arrived in a box that was labelled as teavana, but there is no teavana logo on the tea maker or its base.
Everything about this product is fine except advertised as teavana there is no teavana logo on the tea maker or the holder it sits on.

I had read that there are knock off versions of teavanas perfectea maker that look authentic but they do not have the teavana logo on the base or on the tea maker

I saw several like that when looking online so i made sure that the item i ordered showed the official teavana logo on the tea maker

The hinge broke on one and part of the draining mechanism under the filter snapped off when trying to clean this one was my fault

It doesnt work well for any oversize cups as the rim has to fit under where it drains otherwise you have to use your fingers and risk getting hot liquid on you

There is no branding on it but functions and looks the same as the other one it replaced
