Pros
Parabolic radiant dish takes about 10 minutes. It warms an entire bedroom in 30 minutes. This little heater packs a lot of heat power.
On level 2, it's like being engulfed by the sun. I like that if it gets bumped or tipped over that it shuts off. The safety features are phenomenal.
It's perfectly sized and fits right under my desk drawer. For a small space heater, output is impressive.
Cons
It's a decent heater, but it has a difficult time heating up a room. Failed just short of 3 months. Now that the warranty is expired.

It did have temp control,it wasn't very loud either when it was turned on and it produced a lot of heat depending on your desired level!

My room doesnt get heated well with old vents and my windows are not insulated windows so the cold comes in easily
