Where is the qa/qc on this product? Waste of time. Not happy with the purchase due to misinformation. Amazon was very kind about refunding my money.

The polycarbonate on this backboard is ridiculously thin. It sounds like a drum when a ball hits it. The back board was broken after 3 years in normal use.

It was baned up so bad and duct tape. There was no 3 piece assembly pole nor no ratchet described on box. No hardware, nuts bolts & screws. Hoping spaulding will replace this missing part.

Son loves it, and it was a better price than anywhere else i found.

This is a nice, inexpensive backboard for recreational shooting.

I would have gladly paid $5 more for the product if they included a proven funnel that cost them$.

For the price, it fits the bill.

Shipping

It was shipped quickly and my son in law got it put up and ready for the birthday boy to see at his party.

Instead of sending me a response they said "we have shipped you a replacement, please return the original.

After receiving the replacement amazon shipped (i emailed them asking if the goal had changed.

I want to thank the seller for delivering in a timely manner and for the great price.
