I just recieved this ball last week, and i am happyly impressed with its quality and great grip, my hands are small to medium size, and i can hold it with just one hand easily (as you can see on pictures that i attached), but i must say that taking this ball outdoor is a crime because this inevitably will damage or ruin its surface grip, i just try to keep using it as an indoor ball, with ocasional outdoor use.  Read Less
