Works well, the pump i bought came with too big of a flange and this is the right size and made by the same brand
I doubt the flange itself affects suction power, but if you don't get the little valve on properly, you'll have no suction at all.
It doesn’t include the valve and only comes with one flange.

Totally worth the extra cost (although i do wish they came with your pump).
I gave 4 stars just because the price is ridiculous for just a bit of plastic.
99 is the cost for only one flange and misleading considering the picture shows two.
Still ridiculous paying $26 just to be able to pump more comfortably and efficiently.

Now i have to wait three more days to get the second one.
Disappointed it is not a pair after waiting over a week for this to come in the mail.
The projected delivery was long and it came late.
Bear in mind that it took them 20 days to deliver this order.
