It can work for many though as a piece of advice consider notching 14 inch for the front loops to left and right to lessen anterior cup contact with closing doors on closed cabinets as the front hooks are either not useful or are potentially risking breakage of cups in these positions as most shelves are fitted to their cabinets flush to the closed doors

You cant fit 10 normal sized coffee cups on one but you can fit 6
