Ground chia seeds are a perfectly ground. Seed. Best of all, i can’t even tell they’re in the smoothie. Chia seeds help keep the flares under control.

All in all, a good organic product to add to your diet.
Spectrum essentials organic ground chia seed: i first started buying this product a few years ago.
I would rate this 5 stars if the bag would stay sealed after opening.

Good product but 2 out of 2 bags so far that will not stay closed with the resealable packaging.

A couple of times a weekbran cereal flaxseed chia seeds chopped walnuts or almonds

You could likely add it to baked goods as well but that is not something i have attempted as of yet

Since this is ground chia it will not have the crunchy texture of whole chia seeds which for some people may be a plus and others not tastes and preferences obviously differ
