Pros

The clip is ideal for holding my nose until the bleeding stops. This is the 3rd type of nose plug i've tried and it's by far the most effective. Perfect for swimming.

Cons

The pad is so smooth it easily slips around & loosing seal. What makes them so comfortable is their downfall by not providing seal.
