Pros
This treadmill is very quiet and easily stored under my couch when not in use. It's not completely silent when you're walking on it but it's quiet enough that my husband that also works from home in our small 800sq/ft condo doesn't notice it.
No more excuses. The remote is a definite plus!
The compact size fits nicely in a bedroom. I feel so much safer walking in my room vs outside. This model is much more compact and lightweight.
Cons
The speed display outrageously overstates your pace. It is so so loud, i can't walk on it for long without getting incredibly annoyed.
The motor has low torque and a slow speed, so the running belt slows when you step on the deck and it pulls the motor faster as you push off. It’s also impossible to tighten that bar enough for it to protect you from falling. If you have any kind of b... Read More

Easy to set up, simple to use, sturdy and stable.
This is sturdy enough and long enough for both of our strides.
0 and just past 92 minutes but then it stopped and i don't know what the final workout was.
The bar takes more turns to tighten than i expected but it feels sturdy when you do.
Price
Way more convenient and less expensive than a gym membership!
If you are looking for a moderately priced treadmill that does not take up a lot of room, you might consider this one.

The thing i am surprised at is the location of the cord that plugs into the wall
