Pros

Using new-to-you spices can enliven your cooking – get out of a rut. We live in the state that headquarters penzeys spices so have access to fresh spices. There were a great variety of recipes and ways to tweak use of spices.

Apart from the text, the book is well-sized for actual use (pictured in adult male hand) there's a good index, and the fonts used in the book are very readable. This book is a keeper!
