It does not have a face on it however so it’s not designed to protect the face it’s a bummer guard for the sides that happens to cover a bit of the face

It’s easy to put on simply take off the bands and slide it on paying attention to the sides to align the button holes correctly

However when i am working out and doing bench or planks it always seems to cause my watch to turn off or go into sos mode more than when i didnt have a cover on it
