Pros & Cons
Pros
Spigen is a company who obviously stands behind their products and has proactive customer support which i really appreciate. The replacement functions with my case and seems to be working perfectly. I recommend spigen products highly.
It does exactly what it's intended to do and charges pretty decently for what the cost is. Works great in charging our samsung galaxy note 20's. I have an otterbox commuter case and it does not prevent the wireless charger from working.
This unit has a surface that is not slippery and more of a resting point for the phone so it's easier to rest the phone on the stand. Not too bad considering the sound is very dim.
Cons
Spigen s21 ultra charging pad is not suitable for modern, big-battery phones. Charging speed is very low as you can see from the screen shots. It only supports 5w wireless charging for the pixel 3.
Some weird specification that it won't turn on at all with normal power adapters. Doesn't work with spigen's 27w usb-c power adapter. It seems to require you to use the included usb-a to usb-c cable.
Highlights
Quality
Works great, charges my pixel 6 with the otter box on it no problem.
This wireless charger is no exception, featuring excellent build quality and materials.
I was given a complete refund for the product.
Price
Overall, i would easily recommend this to anyone because the price is right and it would also be a great travel companion.
The price is great, especially compared to official docks.
Shipping
I'm using it on my pixel 6 and it seems to be as fast as cord charging.
Competitiveness
Either way, the customer service is outstanding and i recommend spigen products highly.
I'd purchased a spigen case for my new pixel 6 pro at the same time and like all my spigen cases it fits like a glove.
I've bought spigen cases before and was always happy with them but i doubt i would accessories like this from them again and i ... Read More
This spigen charger is usb-c, but no usb-c chargers i had worked.

Not sure what it was but the charger is working great and isnt warm or anything so i guess it was just off gassing from the manufacturing process

To their credit spigen reached out to me right away to see if there was anything they could do to resolve the issue for me which shows me that my loyalty to them was well placed
