Some of this might be a dealbreaker to you, maybe it isn't. This case solves both of them. No complaints.
Cons
Never buying a spigen product again, buyer beware. Spigen fails to mention the peel off stickers that attach to the steam deck, which in itself is a sign of weak design.

That’s about it—good quality grip that you can rock full time & dock with relative ease.
The grip is comfortable otherwise, lines up perfectly with all ports and buttons, and seems to be an excellent fit overall.
The stand doesn't feel flimsy and holds the steam deck up pretty good.
Price
Its a great value for the money and it works extremely well with the steam deck.
Competitiveness
In the meantime, you could probably do worse than spigen’s thinner offering, especially considering the reasonable price.

I tried the jsaux mod case as well which was nice but it was bulky and it wouldnt fit the og carrying case
