Fits my new phone like a glove. Easy to install and stays on well.

Dropped from my desk and the back of iphone is cracked all over. Not durable for iphone.

Price
Great case for the money no need to pay extra for brand name cases
It’s not a rubber one that can bounce and not break but it is a nice inexpensive case.
Shipping
Received the shipment in just a couple of days.
Packaging/appearance
Bought the spigen tough armor case as a gift and haven't heard any complaints.
It’s protected the phone great, and held up a lot better than otter boxes.
Other than that it looks great on the phone
Competitiveness
Two of them are "protected" with a competitive (water rodent) brand box, one uses a designer style box, and i am the only spigen user.

My only complaint is that the exterior color eventually wears off exposing the white plastic underneath it

If i could change anything with the design i would ask for a little bit more screen protection in the form of a higher raised lip

The downsides are how difficult it is to remove not as difficult to install and removal isnt usually a big issue for a long term case but it still is stuck tight and how hard the buttons are to press

Once on the power button and volume buttons end up requiring considerably more attention and force to press
