Quality
The otterbox is durable and the quality was as expected for the price.
So far i have had no problems with the case.
If they have one weakness it might be on some of the ones with the ring around the outside that that tends to break easily.
Packaging/appearance
It was a great protector then and so i purchased the same one again as some of the plastic tore on the original.
Competitiveness
I love spigen cell phone cases, any new iphone i get i automatically look for a spigen case.
We have had several spigen phone cases and they are, hands down, the best phone cases ever!

I don’t drop my phone often and i usually take good care of it but over the years i’ve dropped it a good handful of times both on the screen and on the corners and neither my phone nor the case has ended up in bad shape

After 6 years what finally did this case in was regular wear to the inner rubber which got brittle and broke at its weakest point by the volume buttons
