Quality
I've been very pleased with this product.
I havent had any issues with the case.
The only negative is you can't charge your watch with the case on the phone.
Very fast delivery and the product itself is really cheap
Price
All of the problems i had with the cheapo cases i used before have been eliminated, and the price was still very reasonable.
Packaging/appearance
It fits the phone quite well, not loose and the raised edges keep the screen from touching anything when upside down.
Competitiveness
Had my last samsung galaxy around 6 years with a spigen case & the phone still looks brand new.
I used a spigen for my last phone and liked it and this one for my note 20 is great as well.
I have always had great luck with spigen cases.
I'll take my spigen over otterbox any day.

The only reason it didnt get 5 stars is the volume cover makes turning the volume up and down difficult

On the note 20 my new phone the volume buttons are right next to the power buttons its kinda inconvenient

The edges rise slightly above the case which serves to protect the screen a bit should you drop it on its face
