Pros & Cons

Update Pros and Cons

Pros

The stakes it comes with are a bit on the cheap side. It usually gets closed up if nobody’s going to be around for a long time, or during winds over 40mph.

Cons

This version is hollow thin metal with a dull plastic tip with a small rivet holding it on. The clamp is equally cheapened. It's difficult to put it up with one person unless you put on the ground versus up like an actual umbrella.

Not enough anchoring power for too much surface area so the slightest breeze sends the unit flying. The stakes were easily lost in the sand, esp. Totally useless in sand.
