The only way i can be refunded is by returning it. It is completely unusable. The tip of the plastic screw tip folded over and broke.

The new model is made of thin metal. The bracket that holds the rods in at the top is just a piece of stainless steel wire. Low quality fabric. Defective, inferior construction.
