Pros & Cons
Pros
Easy to use, able to bend and rotate with the sun. Gives good shade to the large buckets with the handles that one would use for an ice bucket for a picnic.
It's very lightweight and easy to fold. Attaches any number of ways to a rio beach chair. Stays intact in a heavy breeze.
Cons
Tolerances / fit are not as good as i'd have hoped. Frankly i'm concerned anything much more than a 5mph breeze, or a gentle hand tightening would snap these things. Pretty disappointed with the product.

Shouldnt be an issue since using the item will tend to be a more vertical position
