This running belt beats out any other type of items that help enhance your running experience. Frees up both hands when walking, riding my bike, etc. It is also waterproof. Doesn't slide around while running.

Cons

The zipper in the center allows the belt to fold on itself to be very small when not in use. The placement of the headphone hole is such that my chord was constantly kinked. I have an iphone xr and it barely fits.
