Pros

It fits my airpods, iphone xr, keys, and credit card. It holds my google pixel phone and car keys securely.

The size and its adjustment are just great. It stays in place while i jog and is easy to adjust. It fits snug, but yet comfortable to your body. My only concern is that it rides up as i want it to stay on my hips, not on my waist.

This running belt is stylish and roomy! Holds a surprisingly large amount of things for running. Waterproof when running in the rain, durable, and comfortable. Has a pocket for your phone.

Cons

The interior is very small. Belt is made of elastic. The zipper in the center allows the belt to fold on itself to be very small when not in use.
