Pros

Only improvements that can really be made is a rechargeable battery pack for both. Remote has been dropped and chipped and submerged and still works. The charge seems to last a long time.

Bought this collar almost 4 years ago at a tractor supply for my german shepherd. The collar still is waterproof. This is the 3rd shock collar we've purchased. This collar fixed behavioral issues in 1 week.

Year-old is verycautious when using this. She likes to get her toys and shake them like crazy. I like the adjustable shock, the 2nd button that gives a super shock. It gives me the option to tone them before shocking.

Cons

The collar is just not very durable. The beep function works with the beep button, but no correction with the correction *. Do yourself a favor and buy a rechargeable model.
