You can charge but once it’s off the charger flashes on for a second then it just shuts off completely.

For the price they work good, dogs learned to not bark with these.
It was pricey, but i have three dogs (two 60lb standard poodles and one 11lb westie) who learned in two days not to bark consistently.

This collar works much better than the last, more expensive one we had.
We have tried two other collars but this is the best.
I have owned other brands for different dogs over the years and nothing compares.
I bought two other brands before spending the extra money on these and i wish i had just started with these.

We can put them on and even if they are dead the dogs wont bark

It did not work well for me as my riding mower motorcycle 1983 c10 and ls4 grandprix all could cause it to shock the dog if she got to close
