The one thing i would suggest to the company would be that the collar gives off a warning soundbeep that the dog can recognize as a signal to stop barking similar in the way the invisible fence collars work

Also we had to call the customer service to be sure the collar is working

One rubs the collar over a cutting board with the viewing panel facing the the other person when you see the red light flashing then you know that the collar is functioning
