Buy this watch if you want to monitor your bpms during excercise and why not at other moments of the day like sitting in the office and be able to time how long youve been excercising

Obviously if you need something with more functionalities or have a need to always keep both hands busy andor gloved thus not allowing you to press with your bare finger the button for those 38 seconds you should be looking at something else with a chest strap

I dont have to slow down much to pick the watch up put it over my wrist and press the button

Just one finger on the heart rate button and the back of watch against your arm create the circuit required to go into heart rate mode and display your heart rate within seconds

I have had two previous similar watches but one required two fingers on separate buttons on the front of the watch which was much more difficult and the other had a band that was so short it barely fit my arm and had to be fastened in the last hole
